A Taiwan’s Consumer Electronics Retail Store Increase it Sales Revenue through Intelligent Retail Store BI Solution

Established in 1973, E-Company is a consumer electronics retail chain in Taiwan. Owning total 20 chain stores, Mr. Lai, the owner of EC Life usually reviews each store performance based on daily sales volume. However, he couldn’t have a clear idea of the traffic flow of people pass or entering the store.

Hence, Mr. Lai installed 2D counting cameras and fisheye camera in his chain stores. Mr. Lai made those 20 stores applied with UShop+ Store Traffic and Store Heatmap Analytics solutions. Manage Store Operation through Big Data Analytics

Through Store Traffic and Store Heatmap Analytics solutions, help Mr. Lai know how many people passing by, how much time spent on specific places and so on. He immediately found out that there are 1,000 customers come to one of his store each day on average, but only 200 transactions were made.
